PRESTATYN CARNIVAL DAY PARADE
SATURDAY 17TH JULY 2027
A fantastic opportunity to have fun and join in with Prestatyn's leading Community event.
CARNIVAL PARADE ROUTE
The Colourful Parade will leave the top of High Street at 12 noon. It will travel down the High Street, turn left into Bridge Road, before turning right over the Railway Bridge. It will proceed up Bastion Road, before turning right into Beach Road East and enter the Carnival field via Beach Close.
HOW TO TAKE PART IN THE PARADE
Email admin@prestatyncarnival.co.uk to let us know you would like to take part.
On Carnival Day morning register your entry between 10.30am and 11.15am outside Bodnant Community School, Nant Hall Road, Prestatyn, LL19 9LN with our Parade Director and collect your parade number. You will asked what parade competitions you wish to enter and then be shown to your parade position in Clwyd Avenue by a Parade Marshal.
It is completely free to take part in the Carnival parade unless you are entering the Mayor's Theme competition. Entry for this is £10 and payable in cash at Bodnant Community School.
Only official P.C.A. Collection buckets may be used along the parade route. These are available for collection, should you wish, from Bodnant Community School and will be collected from you at the gate of the Carnival field.
Judging of competition entries will commence at 11.30 am in parade position.
Anyone can take part in the Carnival Parade, unless deemed inappropriate by the Organisers.
