ENTERTAINMENT FOR ALL THE FAMILY
The Carnival welcomes approximately 3,000 visitors on an annual basis, and is supported by several large arenas offering a full programme of events, competitions and a mix of modern and traditional entertainment.
A refreshment tent, offering delicious refreshments, hot and cold street food, children's entertainment, land train rides, donkey rides, paintball, a craft tent, charity, games and retail stalls, Majorette and Morris Dancing competitions, plus a host of field attractions, together with a large Fun Fair, ensure that there really is something to delight the whole family.
As a Community Event, we welcome the participation of local performing arts organisations, sports clubs and schools, who may wish to perform in our entertainment arena.

Field entry is FREE to all.
On site parking is available at only £1 per vehicle.
Free designated parking space is available for entertainers.

HOW TO BOOK A STALL SPACE ON THE CARNIVAL FIELD
Following the incredible success of our Centenary event in July 2023, Prestatyn Carnival is now firmly re-established as the highlight of the town’s Summer event calendar.
Our Carnival field, situated on Bastion Road/Beach Road East, near the Nova Centre, is open to the public from 11am, and is well supported by the general public, whatever the weather.
As a FREE family event, Prestatyn Carnival Association welcomes applications from charities, local organisations, retail, promotional and trade vendors, who may wish to trade on the Carnival field.
Prices start at just £20 for charities/organisations, and from
£35 for a standard retail 3x3m stall space for non- charity/organisations.
Promotional and games stall spaces available from £40.
(Larger pitch prices available on request).
Food stand spaces start from £150.
Access to the Carnival field is available from (not before) 7am until 10am on Carnival day morning, and traders must be set up by 11am, when the field opens. Trading time is until approx 5pm.
Parking for one vehicle is allocated within your stall space.
All traders are required to provide their own tables, chairs, gazebo, and must have their own public liability insurance and safety/hygiene certificates (where appropriate).
The sale of cigarettes, alcohol, and livestock is prohibited.

HOW TO BOOK A TABLE IN THE WELSH CRAFT TENT
Originally introduced at our Centenary event in July 2023, our Welsh Craft tent plays host to Artisans and Cottage Industries who offer products to our visitors, which are either made in North Wales, and/or support the culture/language of Wales.
Combined within the refreshment tent area, the trading space is a
6ft x 2.3ft table, which will be provided for you, inside the marquee, together with a chair.
Artisans/Crafters must have their own public liability insurance and meet the ‘Welsh’ Criteria as laid down on the booking form.
Tables will be pre-allocated by our field team before
Carnival day.
The sale of cigarettes, alcohol, livestock and raffle tickets is prohibited.
Price per table is £20
Access to the Carnival field is available from (not before) 7am until 10am on Carnival day morning, and traders must be set up by 11am when the field opens.
Trading time is until approx 5pm.
Due to the restriction of vehicle movement after the event opens at 11am, until the event closes, a drop off/set up area is available
outside the marquee until 10.30am, after which time cars must be moved to the free designated parking area on the field.
Due to the size limitation of the marquee, we are only able to offer approx 12 - 15 tables within this area. If you are interested and would like to book a table or find out more, we recommend early contact as tables get booked very quickly.
